• Services for fake references or identifications
• Equipment for telecommunications manipulation, including interference devices
• Any business or organization that:
  • (a) encourages, promotes, or celebrates violence or physical harm to people or property, or engages in such activities, or
  • (b) encourages, promotes, or celebrates violence towards any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or any other immutable characteristic, or engages in it
• Any other product or service that violates the law in the jurisdictions where your business operates or is targeting
• Products and services that infringe intellectual property rights:
  • Sale or distribution of music, movies, software, or any other material without proper authorization
  • Counterfeit products, illegally imported or exported products
  • Unauthorized sale of branded or designer products or services
  • Any other product or service that directly infringes on the trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, property rights, or privacy of any third party, or facilitates their infringement

Fraudulent, Abusive, or Deceptive Products and Services

• Pyramid schemes
• "Get rich quick" scams, including investment opportunities or other services that promise large rewards to deceive consumers
• Services that do not provide any added value
• Traffic or interaction sales on the Internet
• Marketing and telemarketing that require a negative response to avoid charges
• Abusive services for mortgage, loan, credit history repair, and consultancies
• Abusive investment opportunities with or without upfront payments
• Remote technical support, sites that publish or remove (for a fee) police photos, custom writing businesses, chain letters, door-to-door sales
• Any other business that Blockpro deems fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive to consumers

Adult Content and Services

• Pornography and other adult content (such as literature, images, and other media) that includes nudity or explicit sexual acts
• Adult services, including but not limited to prostitution, escorts, pay-per-view events, sexual massages, and live adult chat
• Adult video clubs
• Dance clubs, cabarets, and strip clubs

Certain Legal Services

• Law firms seeking funds for purposes other than payment of legal services fees
• Attorneys specializing in bankruptcies
• Bail bonds

Firearms, Explosives, and Hazardous Materials

• Guns, gunpowder, ammunition, weapons, fireworks, and other explosives
• Peptides, chemicals intended for research, and other toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials

Gambling

• Gambling including betting, online betting, lotteries, and contests, fantasy sports leagues with monetary or material prizes
• Sports predictions or sweepstakes with monetary or material prizes
• Lotteries
• Bid rate auctions

Marijuana

• Cannabis products
• Cannabis distributors and related businesses
• Products containing any amount of CBD or THC

Improper Use of Blockpro Products

• Use of Blockpro products in conjunction with false, manipulated, inaccurate, or deceptive information regarding your identity, business entity, the nature of your business, or any other information requested by Blockpro
• Use of Blockpro products to facilitate transactions on behalf of another undisclosed merchant or for products/services not disclosed in the merchant's Blockpro account opening application
• Use of Blockpro primarily as a virtual terminal
• Processing in cases where no goods or services are sold in good faith, a donation is accepted, or a card is tested
• Evasion of chargeback monitoring programs of the card network
• Cross-border acquiring when the merchant's business address is outside the jurisdiction of Blockpro's acquiring entity
• Sharing cardholder information with another merchant for the payment of cross-sold products or services
• Unauthorized use of Blockpro's intellectual property
